Child-focused & Play Therapy
I focus on helping parents, co-parents, and families build stronger connections, improve communication, and create healthy, supportive relationships. I use play therapy in a child-centered way, giving kids a safe space to express themselves and work through painful or confusing experiences.
My goal is to help children feel understood by the most important people in their lives: their parents. Play also helps children make sense of their experiences, so they can return to what they do best—being their bright, wonderful selves.
With children, I often bring in creative approaches like art, sand trays, stories, and of course, plenty of toys to make play part of the process. Since young children express themselves best through play rather than words, this gives them a natural way to share their experiences.
With adolescents, I use a mix of these creative techniques and more traditional conversation-based approaches, depending on what feels right for them. Teens are wonderfully creative and each has their own unique way of connecting in therapy, so I adapt to meet their style.
Couples Therapy
I enjoy working with couples and families who are looking to create positive change—whether that means adjusting parenting approaches, strengthening co-parenting, blending families, navigating the challenges of divorce, or building deeper parent-child connections. Drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I work with couples to step out of stressful patterns, better understand each other’s needs, and find new ways to stay connected. My goal is to help parents and partners feel more supported and connected in their relationships.
I work from an attachment perspective, which simply means I focus on the importance of feeling secure, understood, and valued in our closest relationships. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I guide couples and families in breaking out of stressful cycles and learning new ways to respond to each other with care, understanding, and connection.

Family Therapy
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring specialized training and experience in supporting families through life’s many stages. Family therapy is a space where families can strengthen their connections, improve communication, explore new parenting approaches, and better understand one another as they grow and change together.
Family therapy can take many different shapes—it might involve parents with young children, blended families, extended family members, parents and adult children, or any combination of loved ones who want to work on their relationships.
I believe that every family member’s perspective matters. Each person’s voice adds something important to the process, and together we work toward building stronger, healthier, and more supportive family relationships.
Individual Therapy
I work with a wide range of adults who are facing life’s challenges—whether that’s stress, anxiety, depression, conflict in relationships, divorce, or the many transitions that come with parenting and family life. These struggles can feel especially heavy when you’re trying to show up for your children and keep your family moving forward.
Individual therapy gives you a space that’s just for you—a place to pause, reflect, and focus on your own well-being. Together, we’ll work on building insight, strengthening self-awareness, and finding practical ways to cope with life’s ups and downs. As you feel more grounded and supported, you’ll often find that this creates a ripple effect, bringing more patience, connection, and balance into your relationships with your children and loved ones.
Teletherapy
I’m glad to be able to offer teletherapy as an option for clients and families when it’s the right fit. Meeting online can make therapy more accessible for those who prefer the comfort of home, have limited transportation, live farther away, or simply find it easier to connect virtually. Teletherapy can also offer greater scheduling flexibility, making it easier to fit support into your daily life.
As a certified teletherapy provider, I’m able to see clients across the state of Texas. I offer online sessions for adults (18+) and for families, with services for children considered on a case-by-case basis.
Whenever possible, I recommend starting with an in-person session to help determine if teletherapy will be the best fit. From there, I’ll walk you through the technology step by step and share tips to make sure your sessions run smoothly and feel as comfortable as possible.
